Warm Up:

• On the next blank page of your notebook, write the heading: Properties of the Three States of Matter, make a three column chart with the headings Solid, Liquid, Gas, and complete the chart.

• microscopic and macroscopic view of each state of matter
• descriptions of how the particles are arranged and move
• how temperature relates to each state of matter
